Are you someone who is living with dementia? You may be a carer looking after someone who is living with dementia. Maybe your partner has had a recent diagnosis and you are not sure what to expect or who to contact. We would love you to come and join us.
Our Dementia Café Manager is happy to come out to see you or to speak to you on the telephone.You may prefer to just come along and meet us at one of our cafes.
At our cafes you will get help and advice, and meet others who are in the same situation as yourself.
