Cafés

We hold regular dementia cafés each month at the Methodist Church, Paradise Road, Downham Market (parking available).

• Morning cafés: Every Monday, 10am–12 noon

• Afternoon cafés: 1st and 4th Tuesdays, 1pm–3pm

No cafés are held on Bank Holidays.

Lunches are available from the Social Centre at 12 noon, so you can enjoy lunch after a morning café or before an afternoon café.

Coffee Mornings

We also run fundraising coffee mornings at Discover Downham and Downham Market Town Hall, from 10am–12 noon.

We offer a raffle and often a tombola or craft stall — everyone is welcome.
