We currently hold five dementia cafes each month. Three in the morning which are on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Mondays of each month from 10 until 12 noon and two in the afternoons which are on the 1st and 4th Tuesdays from 1 – 3 pm. All of these are held in the Methodist Church premises in Paradise Road, Downham Market where parking is available.

From July 1st there will be a cafe held every Monday of each month.

Please note there will be no cafes held on Bank Holidays.

The Social centre in the Methodist church serve lunches from 12 noon so it is possible to order and purchase a lunch after a morning café or before an afternoon one.

We will be holding coffee mornings to raise much needed funds. These will be held at Discover Downham (the old Fire Station) in Priory Road and Downham Market Town Hall. Please see the dates below.

Coffee mornings start at 10 am until 12 noon.

We have a raffle and sometimes a tombola or craft stall.
